Our Remodel Construction is COMPLETE! Yep, the dust is done!  A HUGE Thank You to Gavic Construction for a job well done, and to our amazing customers for bearing with us during the remodel! Here's some pictures of the new state-of-the-art facility.

Check out the new signage on the front of the building! It's really the cherry on top :)  The new Sales Manager control center is almost ready to go and the Showfloor is up and running! Parking is back to normal - Sales and Parts customers can park right along the front of the building, and Service customers can find a spot on either the front or right(east) side in front of service doors!

December 12th, 2019

Our new accounting office and conference room are carpeted and ready to go! The showroom floor offices are also being tiled and the showroom floor is being done! As of right now, we are ahead of schedule. :)

   

 

November 21st, 2019

Here is a peak inside the remodel construction. Pictures is going to be our new parts department, new service writing area, some of the new office area, the new showroom offices and the conference room.

The inside remodel has really progressed! New offices and rooms are framed up and started to get dry wall! We're getting SO excited! :)

We have all of our inventory back on the lot! Here is some updated pictures of our blacktop as well! As stated before, ALL customers are to enter the building on the west side. There are signs in place to direct you on where to go.

Below are some pictures of the demolition that has taken place in our old showroom, service and office areas. We have been amazed how fast everything has came down since we moved everything out!

We are also going green with our remodel here at Flagship Ford! We have installed all LED lights and installed heaters in our shop that burn customers waste oil. These heaters are both in the service shop and in Quick Lane. We also recycled the old blacktop and reused it on our lot!

The demolition has started inside of the showroom floor! Sales and service are now on the left hand side as you come into the dealership. That is also where all customers are to enter the building now. We apologize for the mess!

    

October 12th, 2019

Blacktopping has continued and the base of the entire lot is finally finished! Our front entrance is being wired for those with disabilities. The new addition to the service department is getting their floor washed and sealed. Also pictured below is our old service department which was only 800 ft squared. Remodeling has started inside and after the remodel the new parts department will be over 3,000 ft squared!

This week they are tearing out all of the pavement on the lot in preparation for brand new blacktop!

The siding is almost complete on our new service drive and things are really coming along with our showroom expansion! We are hoping soon we will finally have a front door again. ??

Exciting progress here at Flagship Ford! The front “brand wall” has insulation, our service drive is getting siding and our delivery bay/showroom extension has windows and doors!

They are pouring concrete in the front of the building today for our “brand wall”. It has sure been fun around here being able to see all this progress happening!

IMPORTANT - Today our main front door has closed. All service and sales customers are now directed to use our service door located on the right hand side. There is also signage in place to direct customers where to go. As you can see by our video and pictures, they are starting to dig up the front of the store!

They are working on framing up the foor and windows for the service drive along with putting in all four garage doors. HVAC is also being put in!

July 31st, 2019

Today they are putting up the beams and piers and framing up the western addition. In the eastern addition, which is the new service drive, the windows and doors are being put in this week along with being mudded and taped.

There is more progress with the service drive and they are also adding to the roof of the main building! It has been pretty loud on the sales floor from the construction workers working up there.

You can also see where the main building and our service drive will be extending out to. Our building is going to be looking waaay bigger!

The new service drive is really coming along! Phase two has also started on the other side of the building! Finding your way around here might become a little more challenging, but there are still signs to direct customers where to park. ??

There has been more progress with the service drive structure! Next step is insulation, then they'll be moving to phase two on the other end of the building closest to 63!

Concrete pouring time! Also, we had a little hiccup as one of the new gas lines was hit by one of the workers. Shoutout to the United Fire & Rescue and the gas company who promptly came and took care of us! Thankfully no one was injured during this incident.
